The sleep cycle is available for ios and Android. There’s a very limited free version that offers a simple alarm and sleep analysis, but there’s a lot more in the Premium version, which costs $ 29.99 (around £ 20 / AU $ 40) per year. You can try the premium features for free for seven days.
