Classic Australian albums to be reissued on vinyl for Australian Music Month

In honor of Australian Music Month which arrives in November, major record label Warner Music is re-releasing a bunch of local classics on vinyl.

The company presented us with a list of Australian LPs that vinyl vultures can add to their crates in a few weeks, including classics such as Regurgitator, Goanna, Choirboys, Dannii Minogue, Taxiride, Slot, George, Warrumpi Band, Sunnyboys and Leonardo’s Bride.

Here’s a rundown of all the reissues you’ll be able to get your hands on next month:

Regurgitator – Unity

The Regurgitator seminal album Unity is getting an egg yolk vinyl reissue treatment in honor of its 25th anniversary. The digital deluxe edition of the multiple ARIA award-winning LP, which features hits like “Polyester Girl,” “Black Bugs” and “(The Song Formerly Known As),” will also feature 14 bonus tracks.

Before – Marvin The Album

The quirky indie-pop band’s debut album from 1992 celebrates its 30th anniversary this year, and its festive reissue features six previously unreleased tracks from the vault, including a demo version of the hit single “Accidentally Kelly Street.”

Goana- Spirit of the place

This LP from Australian rock legends gets a reissue in honor of its 40th anniversary, brought to you on both black vinyl and deluxe digital, the latter featuring seven bonus tracks comprised of vintage live recordings and demo versions .

Danii Minogue – Daughter

The 25th anniversary reissue of the pop diva’s third studio album will be released on colorful eco-friendly vinyl.

Choir boys – big nasty noise

The Sydney pub rock icons are re-releasing their 1988 double-platinum album, which includes the hit ‘Run To Paradise’, in honor of its 35th anniversary.

George- Polyserene

The iconic duo’s debut ARIA album is getting a vinyl reissue in honor of its 20th anniversary.

Warumpi Band – Go Bush!

The aboriginal legends of the Northern Territory’s second album is released on vinyl in honor of its 35th anniversary.

Leonardo’s Bride – angel blood

Packing the smash hit “Even When I’m Sleeping,” the ARIA-nominated duo’s debut album gets a reissue to celebrate its 25th anniversary.

Taxiride – Garage Mahal

The beloved Australian boyband’s second album is getting a deluxe reissue in honor of its 20th anniversary, featuring six bonus tracks including B-sides, live performances from Tokyo and a remix of hit ‘Creeping Up Slowly’.

Sunnyboys – Sunnyboys 81-84

This collection curated by the band to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Sunnyboys’ reunion brings together hits, B-sides, band favorites and live tracks recorded in 1981 in a blue vinyl double LP and digital deluxe edition.
